  • How quickly will I receive my order?
    Once your order has been marked as dispatched, it should be with you within 2-3 days. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class. If you need your item sooner, please contact me to arrange a 1st Class shipping upgrade!
  • How will my order be packaged?
    All orders are packaged with love and care, to ensure they arrive to you all in one piece. To say thank you for ordering, we package orders with extra touches so they're super special to open! A4 Prints are encased in cello bags for protection and will be packaged in a hardback envelope to ensure protection throughout delivery.
  • I haven't received my order yet...
    Your order should be with you within 2-3 working days of it being marked as shipped. If after 5 working days it has not arrived, please contact us with your order number and item details and we will do our very best to help.
  • I've placed an order and it's incorrect. What do I do?
    Please contact us immediately after you order to ensure it hasn't been shipped. Please quote your order number and the problem with your order, and we will do our very best to amend this. If an order has already been sent out, there we cannot send out a replacement due to any incorrect details given. Please check details thoroughly before ordering.
  • I have a question about something I want to order...
    If you're unsure about an item or need to ask a few more questions before placing the order, please get in contact via the contact form and I'll do my very best to help.
  • How do I know my order has gone through?
    You will know your order has been processed if you receive an order confirmation to your email. If you haven't received this after ordering please check your spam or junk on your email as it may have automatically gone to this. Please leave a few minutes for the confirmation email to arrive. If you do not receive an email, please get in contact so I can check as to whether this has gone through. If possible please quote your order number if you have it.
  • Do you do custom orders?
    Yes, we do! If you'd like to enquire about a custom order, please send me an email. Whether you have a rough idea already in mind, a clear vision or just want to discuss options with me, contact me using the form on the website and I'll be happy to help. Once I receive your email, we'll discuss what product you'd like to be customised, what you'd like it to look like and any verses/quotes you'd like on the product. Once you're happy with the idea, I'll take payment and start the making process. I like to keep you up to date with your custom order to ensure you're happy with the finished product, therefore I'll keep in contact during the process. Payment must be made prior to beginning design work. Custom items take time and effort as I want them to be exactly what a customer has envisioned, therefore payment must be made before I begin this work. Please note, as custom orders are personalised, they are non refundable. Here are some custom orders I've worked on in the past...
  • How do I go about custom orders?
    Please contact me PRIOR to ordering anything as a custom order. This is the best way as we can discuss the vision for the product and ensure that I am able to accommodate and fulfill the request. Please fill in the contact form on our website discussing what your idea is or with an enquiry. We will reply promptly to discuss. Upon agreement of the final design, I will create a listing so you can make payment for your custom order. I will then start making the product, send you a photo of the finished design for approval and will ship. Custom orders are SUPER EASY and it's so lovely to make something extra special for someone.
  • Are custom orders refundable?
    Sadly custom orders are non-refundable. As they are personalised and made to your request, they cannot be refunded. Please note this when ordering and ensure you are happy with the design proof.
  • Do you do wholesale?
    Yes! If you're interested in selling Full of Grace Studio in your shop, cafe or church, please get in contact to discuss. Please contact us at or via the contact form on our website. We will be in touch to discuss this opportunity.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal payments.
  • Digital Downloads Policy
    Digital Download purchases must not be printed in volume. One digital download equals to one product. Digital Downloads are for personal use only, any commercial use is strictly prohibited. Therefore after purchasing, they MUST NOT be distributed amongst other people or sold.
